Usually our free shipping policy does not include tracking the order. However, by paying for Flash Delivery, you will receive free tracking on your order.

You can check here by entering your "Order ID" and your "Billing email". If you can only see a summary of your purchase, it means that your product does not have tracking included.

 

1- Select the product you want to buy
2- Go to the shopping cart
3- Complete the form to complete the check out
4- Log in with your Paypal account, if you do not have a Paypal account, you must choose the tab below "pay by credit or debit card"
5- Enter the required data
6- Confirm your purchase and you will be sent an email confirming the operation
7- If you paid for the tracking and fast delivery, our team will send you a code and link for the next 5 days to  track your product.

It is not necessary, but we recommend it so you can track your purchase and receive specials offers.

If your product includes tracking or you paid for it, our team will send your code and link to track your purchase. Usually, the code will be available in 5 days after your purchase.

First you must know if the coupon is for a specific product and if it is still valid for the date you are occupying it (this information appears on the same coupon).

To use it, go to your shopping cart and find the box for inserting your discount code, which should be present at top of the page. Here you must enter the code of your coupon and the discount on the purchase will be applied.

If the product you bought is not what you expected or is defective. We will refund 100% of your money.

You just have to return it in unused condition and in original packaging. Once we check and confirm that the product has not been tampered with, we will refund 100% of your money.

First, we recommend that you check your spam tray. If you still cannot find the confirmation, you may have entered an incorrect email. Then you would have to send us an email to info@bikeincopenhagen.com with a picture of some identification (gorvenment-issued ID, passport, driver's license, etc) and indicate the product and date on which you made the purchase. Once we check that everything is in order, our team will send you a copy of your purchase confirmation.

No, you do not need to have a PayPal account, just choose the option "pay with debit / credit card". We only use PayPal as the platform that gives us security support to make all transactions with the highest standards in the market.

If your product still does not arrive at your address, send us an email to info@bikeincopenhagen.com with the copy of your purchase where you indicate the product and its ID.

Our team will track your purchase to solve this shortly and will contact you as soon as possible with the steps to follow.
